How I Went From 22½ Stone, Conquered My Depression & Anxiety, To Feeling Superhuman...
7 years ago I was morbidly obese, suffered from extreme anxiety and depression, and was on a self-destructing path.

I couldn’t lift my own bodyweight, I’d get out of breath climbing stairs, I couldn’t even tie my own shoelaces.

Not only that but the way I felt was not just awful, I felt numb.

I was so ashamed of who I had become, I wouldn’t let anyone come over. In fact, I found myself lying to my closest friends and family about where I lived, and the kind of life I was living.

At that time I remember feeling in such a state of uncertainty because I had no hope for the future.

But then something incredible happened... I hit rock-bottom.

Well, actually I hit something which I now refer to as threshold.

So, what is it?

When it comes to overcoming any obstacle in life, threshold is so vital. Threshold is the place where 3 specific things have to happen at once:

1. You realise something has to change
2. That something is you
3. And that it has to happen now

I remember having 2 choices at that point. Either I could keep living in this numb life, feeling ashamed with a body that didn’t feel like my own, or I could recognise that if I wanted life to change I would have to change.  
What I decided led me on a whirlwind of personal growth...
I read over 300 books ranging from Neuroscience, Biology, Nutrition, Fitness, Psychology, Philosophy, Self Development, Anthropology and more!

I trained and qualified in a mixture of different therapies, including:
✓ Hypnotherapy
✓ Neuro-Linguistic Programming
✓ Solution Focused Psychotherapy
✓ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
✓ Emotional Freedom Techniques
✓ Mindfulness

I travelled to Poland and spent time with the Iceman Wim Hof to learn how to endure sub-zero temperatures.
Summiting England's highest mountain in -15°C wearing only shorts
I’ve even spent over a year living in a Buddhist centre to explore spirituality and meditation.

Doing these things didn’t just make me feel better, it made me feel super-human.

Biohacking allowed me to transform my mind and body.

You can see that this journey wasn’t an overnight success story for me. I did a lot of things right, but I did a lot more things wrong. 

I was able to take all this knowledge, package it into a unique method and practice what I learnt. I changed my biochemistry and ultimately changed my life.
